H.E. the Ambassador, Bramwel W. Kisuya was invited to address the Rotary Club Castilla Madrid at a lunch meeting with the Club’s members, at the Hotel Meliá Gran Fénix, Madrid. The encounter took place on 23rd April 2015. He was accompanied by Mr. Anthony Kiriba, Counsellor and Mr. Kamau Githure, the CTSA.
