Welcoming Note

WELCOME, BIENVENIDO, KARIBU

Ambassador

You are welcome to this website to access a wide range of information about the services and recently concluded and planned events of the Embassy of Kenya in Madrid.

Whether visiting this website as a prospective investor in Kenya, a tourist or a citizen of Kenya, you will find invaluable information on trade and investment opportunities in Kenya and by extension the East Africa Community.

As Kenya´s Ambassador to Spain and Permanent Representative to the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) since April, 2011, I have been privileged to protect and promote the interests of the Kenyans living in Spain as well as consolidate and deepen ties that bind Spain and Kenya in various sectors. Together with my staff and the Diaspora, we continue to look out for opportunities in trade, culture, education, science and technology in the Kingdom of Spain.

This website will contribute significantly to the dissemination of information critical for accelerated transfer of technology and commercial partnerships between the people of Kenya and Spain. The quick links to the relevant Government ministries, departments and parastatals will ease access to information required for rapid decision making.

All visitors are encouraged to submit suggestions that may continuously improve this website to serve you better. May your access to this website and involvement in building a strong and prosperous nation of Kenya be rewarding to you personally and to all interested parties.
