The Embassy of Kenya in Spain opened its doors to the public in September 2007 with the mandate to promote, project and protect the image and interests of Kenya in Spain. Previously, the Kenyan Embassy in Paris was in charge of Spain.
Until the opening of the Embassy, all matters except consular activities and some operations were processed through the Embassy in Paris.

The opening hours to the public of the Embassy are from 9:00 a.m. to 1 :00p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday, except for Kenyan holidays and some holidays in Spain.
In summer, the opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
