Mr Rayco Garcia and Mr. Raul Blanco Blanco paid a courtesy call visit to the Ambassador H.E. Bramwel W. Kisuya at the Chancery on 15^th September, 2016 in Madrid. The purpose of the meeting was to examine the possibility of a proposal to use Sports and Football in particular as a promotional tool for Tourism, Sports and Education in Kenya.
